  • I have moved your post to the Product Features and Ideation category, where your feedback will be shared directly with the Bitdefender product developers. It is up to the developers to decide whether or not to integrate the requested feature into the Bitdefender product. Even if they consider introducing the feature, it may take up to a year to implement, as product features are prioritized based on requirements and the volume of feedback received by developers.

  • Hello @albertputinjobs and thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us.

Can you elaborate on your feature request and tell us more about this utility and the benefits of its usage, based on your experience with the previous security solution you were using? This would help the developers better understand the nature of your request and how this feature can further enhance the usability of the products.
For the record, there is a virtual keyboard in Bitdefender's secure browser - Safepay, so I think this wouldn't be something that would require development from scratch. However, other use case scenarios for a virtual keyboard would prove useful, if you can share your perspective with us.

For more information on how feature requests are submitted and tips to maximize the chances for an idea to be developed, you can consult our Guidelines for Product features & Ideation.

@Flexx I don't think that ANY implementation may take up to a year, because it really depends on whether a feature will be considered useful for the majority of users in the first place, and as you already know, some feature requests may be technically complex or infeasible given the current architecture of the software. Implementing them might require significant redesigns or additional resources, even though things may look simple at first. Generally speaking, feature requests are evaluated based on their alignment with the software's overall goals, vision, and strategic direction, so there are many factors that may influence the timeline of development, in the event a suggestion makes it on the product roadmap. Nevertheless, feedback is of course more than welcome and the product developers are always open to new ideas coming from the Bitdefender users, and will always consider the concepts that have true potential of making it into production.
