    Hello.

So far, there is no option to exclude apps from scanning with the Malware Scanner feature.

Also, only the anti-malware researchers at Bitdefender Labs can help you with the issue.
You should report the file(s) and/or the URL(s) as false positive to Bitdefender Labs here:

I have a question here: How can hacked APKs be safe? Are they modded apps detected by Bitdefender as Android.Riskware.TestKey?

If yes, Bitdefender will not remove the detection, as the app's original certificates have been tampered with, and the Android.Riskware.TestKey detection is related to this. I’ve submitted several Android.Riskware.TestKey samples to the Bitdefender malware research team, and they always confirm that the detection will not be removed for apps with tampered certificates. Instead, if you share the samples with them, they’ll create a signature-based detection. Android.Riskware.TestKey is a behavior blocker detection for apps with tampered certificates.

You can still submit the apps to malware research by following the steps provided by @Gjoksi in the comment above.
