Email protection disappeared?

Hi, i have Bitdefender Premium security plus. It has been monitoring 4 email accounts, 2 Gmail and 2 outlook. It has suddenly stopped monitoring all but 1 of them. (My main Gmail account). Support guides me to the app to fix the issue but I can't find the email option within it? I know it was there before! Can still see the SPAM option. Any ideas? Thanks
