It keeps getting me back to the same page.
BitBitdefender makes it so difficult to contact support. There is no 'I don't know option as stated in some messages.
I have spent the best part of 2.5 hours looking for a way to contact support via chat and/or email.

Select, How to's & Troubleshooting Bitdefender products→Troubleshooting→I don't know→Contact Support→ You will get the option of chat, call or email.
There is no 'I don't know option as stated in some messages.
Following the correct procedure, you will see the "I don't know" option.
