Trying to Install BD on a New Surface

Brand new Surface 11, fresh out of the box. (Windows 11 Home)

Already installed the Bitdefender Security without an issue.

Trying to install VPN without any luck.

Tried everything on forums, turning off the Firewall, rebooting - no luck.

Went directly into Bit Central, it won't allow me to download from the site, as you can see it does not all to. If I try to email it, same issue.

Please help..

I 'hovered' over the VPN Area located in the Bitdefender Privacy area.

Look likes it is my ARM Processor that is blocking the install :(

Hello,

That's correct. As of August 2023, Bitdefender’s security solutions are compatible with ARM-based Windows computers, however, Bitdefender VPN and Parental Control are currently not available for ARM-based Windows PCs. The product team is actively working to make them compatible in the near future.
