Good day,

I have created a new account so that I can describe my problem here in the expert community.

I just reset my mobile phone and now I no longer have access to the installed 2-factor authentication. Unfortunately, this happened when i reset my mobile phone that have authenticator apps. Now i want to access my bitdefender central on web cannot because of the authenticator. Is there any ways for me to gain access back to my bitdefender central?

    Bitdefender Consumer Support can help you with the issue, as they can temporarily disable the 2FA to allow access.
    So, you should contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by chat, telephone or e-mail:
