Bitdefender VPN stops WIFI connection

Even though my WIFI is ok, connecting with other devices is noproblem, I can not connect with my WIN10 PC using Bitdefender VPN. Ihave to stop this app. Then the PC connects to the WIFI / internet.

I should like toknow why.

    Hello,

    Check if the Kill-switch is enabled in the app. Because if the VPN is not working for some reason, this will also drop the internet connection.

    The Kill-switch is not active.

    The same problem today: Denied access to internet.

    Have to kill the VPN service.

    Maybe try to exchange protocols in the VPN settings and change DNS as well.

    @Vossing were you able to troubleshoot this? Have you tried switching protocols as well?
