How to reach support?

Hello!

I have been trying to send a message to Customer Support through https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/help/ but for some reason it doesn't seem to be working. As soon as I click on submit the webpage starts loading but it stays loading. This has been going on for about an hour now. I have tried with another browser and I get the same issue.

Is there any other way to contact customer support?

Hello.

Did you try the chat option?

For example:

Select: Purchase & Manage Subscription -> My Bitdefender Central Account, click on Contact Support in the black box and then click on Chat 24/7.

I contacted support by chat an hour ago and everything worked fine.
