reinstall error: "installation failed"

after uninstalling bitdefender endpoint security tools from a windows 2016 server if i try to reinstall it i get error installation failed.

do you have any ideas to solve?

From experience this issue might be due to incomplete removal of BEST during the uninstallation process. Please make sure that you followed all steps from this article to ensure it was correctly removed:
