Unable to access VPN

I have the same problem I have had this subscription for a few months and thought it was working until an Bitdefender update came. I made all the changes suggested on the Community site but still get the Upgrade message and can't access the VPN on my laptop. I also have Bitdefender on my cell phone and I can change it from "Web Protection" to VPN. I assume it's working.
