How do i submit a false positive detection error?

I have a file =

ABMaterial.jar

which Bitdefender claims is a virus and blocks and quarantines it.

i have contacted the vendors and they say its a false positive which is known and that Bitdefender does not seem to want to attend to the issue as it has been reported before.

How does one get this file taken off the "danger" list?

My subscription is due for renewal at the end of the month and since this is productivity issue for me i must begin to consider whether to continue the subscription.
