Subscriptions not showing
I have Bitdefender on multiple machines, subscribe to Bitdefender Safepay, subscribe to Netgear Armor (powered by BD), and just purchased an extension to my VPN subscription…yet as the attached document shows, I supposedly have NO SUBSCRIPTIONS. I have requested the Activation Code for the VPN extension, yet nothing works. Yes, I have viewed the completed order and copied the supposed registration code.
I have never dealt with a company that is so poor in customer support. Why?

ONLY Bitdefender staff can have access to your Bitdefender Central account, your devices, your payments/purchases and/or your subscription(s).
So, you should contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by chat, telephone or e-mail:
Chat is the fastest way to get in touch with Bitdefender Consumer Support.
Select: Purchase & Manage Subscription -> My Bitdefender Central Account, click on Contact Support in the black box and then click on Chat 24/7.
NOTE: Bitdefender telephone support is not toll-free!
Also, @Alexandru_BD (who works for Bitdefender) can take a look here and help you with the issue. You can PM him.

Where exactly are you checking your subscriptions? I'm asking because that looks like a screenshot from Bitdefender Central and if you are a Netgear subscriber, you should access
and sign in with the NETGEAR account you used to activate NETGEAR Armor on your router.Regards,
