I have Bitdefender on multiple machines, subscribe to Bitdefender Safepay, subscribe to Netgear Armor (powered by BD), and just purchased an extension to my VPN subscription…yet as the attached document shows, I supposedly have NO SUBSCRIPTIONS. I have requested the Activation Code for the VPN extension, yet nothing works. Yes, I have viewed the completed order and copied the supposed registration code.
I have never dealt with a company that is so poor in customer support. Why?
