I keep being blocked by out of date certificate -but cheking with my ISP all is uptodate -any ideas?

I think clearing your browser cache and cookies can sometimes help if Bitdefender's Online Threat Prevention module has cached your previous session where the certificate was flagged. The certificate issue may have been resolved in the meantime, like the ISP informed you, so check again after clearing cache and cookies.
