Black Colour Screen on Boot After Installing Bitdefender Windows 7

Hi everyone,

Full black colour screen for a few minutes on boot after installing Bitdefender. It happens before I even log in, just the mouse cursor over a black colour screen. Once it finally loads, everything works fine. I searched online, and it seems other people have this issue too, but I have not found any solutions that work.

I’m using Windows 7 64-bit Ultimate. The PC is in good condition, and this black issue only started after installing Bitdefender. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Select, How to's & Troubleshooting Bitdefender products→Troubleshooting→I don't know→Contact Support→ You will get the option of chat, call or email.

They will need logs for troubleshooting and will also help you generate them.
