How can I block incoming IP's attacking me with bruteforce rdp?

Just curious if I can block a specific range of incoming IP's or single IP and if so, how?

    Yes this can be done in the Bitdefender Firewall - Rules - Add new Rule

    This example will block RDP connections from 192.168.1.0
