Why Bitdefender banned me from their site?

Im on try use Bitdefender. When i decided to buy it he opened Bitdefender site. I looking for offers and suddenly i see site becomes empty with info:

"The owner of this website (www.bitdefender.com) has banned you temporarily from accessing this website."

All contact directions are to the same site, when i still see

"The owner of this website (www.bitdefender.com) has banned you temporarily from accessing this website."

I have no move.

Have you retried since? Are you using a VPN? Have you tried to access the website using a different browser, or another device? What happens if you try to access the page in incognito mode?

Hi. Im not retired. Dont remember any use of Bitdefender in past. I tried only by my main browser (Firefox) in normal mode (not priovate). Im not using VPN (uninstaled that module). Now i try and looks like page working normally. Maybe i too long read it yesterday (?), i dont know why it blocked me.
I suspect trojan activity in that direction because i instaled Bitdefender around week ago when i detect trojan stealing my passwords.
Looks like all is ok at the moment, Thank you for answer.
