So, your best option is to contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by chat, telephone or e-mail:
Chat is the fastest way to get in touch with Bitdefender Consumer Support.
Select: Purchase & Manage Subscription -> My Bitdefender Central Account, click on Contact Support in the black box and then click on Chat 24/7.
NOTE: Bitdefender telephone support is not toll-free!

To add here, if the Total Security order is within 30 days since it was purchased, I would recommend to contact the Support teams to request a refund (ONLY if the subscription was ordered from the official Bitdefender website), then purchase a Premium Security suite instead. If Total Security was purchased from another vendor, such as Amazon, or a Bitdefender reseller, then you should refer to them concerning the refund request.
