Bitdefender VPN not connecting under Windows 10

I still have 77 days left before I must renew. That being said I tried to get my VPN to come on. They sugested I upgreade so I did for anothe $37.00 ish. Still will not come on. It used to come un when I turned my PC on. That is preferred.
Please advise.

There are a few common reasons why the VPN would not connect, but these usually return an error as well:
- No Internet – Make sure your device is connected to the Internet with a fast and stable connection.
- Firewall – Check that your firewall isn’t blocking the VPN. If you’re not sure, look in your router’s manual, contact the manufacturer or your Internet provider.
- Another VPN or Proxy – If you’re running another VPN or Proxy, disable it when trying to connect.
- Public Wi-Fi (like in a hotel, school, or office) – Contact the network administrator to see if they can change the firewall settings and allow the VPN connection.
- Port 443 is blocked – Port 443 UDP must be open for Bitdefender VPN to work. Access your router’s settings by typing its IP address into a web browser (refer to your router’s manual if necessary), find “Port Forwarding” or a similar section, and ensure Port 443 with UDP protocol is allowed. Save settings, then restart router and computer.

@Jake E but what does "will not come on" mean? Are you saying that it doesn't connect automatically, or that it doesn't connect at all?

I am running Bitdefender on several products. I have 2 computers running windows 10. Everything has been working like it should until the latest security update suggested as critical by bitdefender. I followed numerous suggestions indicated in the trouble shooting section by bitdefender. I even tried to un install and reinstall vpn. These 2 computers will not run the vpn correctly since those updates. Everything else seems to be running correctly in Bitdefender. Anyone else experience this problem? How to I correct this situation.
