I have bitdefender ultimate. Trying to install on second device with email and password I get asked to select and pay a plan.

Have you managed to install protection on at least one of the devices? And do you get this message when sending the install link to other devices? What operating system is running on the device? First, if Bitdefender is already installed on any of the other devices that you are trying to protect, check if the product is linked with the Central account where you have activated the Ultimate Security subscription. The features of the Bitdefender product will change according to the subscription available in the Bitdefender Central account. You can use the Switch Account option for this, if necessary. Do this:
NOTE: do this only if Bitdefender was previously installed on that device.
