My current contract ends in 2 days... I got an offer when I renew the protecting but the Link doesn't work. Tage support doesn't react. Did anybody have the same problem? And knows a solution? As Said my protection ends soon.

    I can't really check the offer, but my best guess is that maybe the discount is no longer available, or the link is broken, or something else happened with the LP. I would also recommend to contact the Support teams to ask them if you can still benefit from that offer, and they will provide further advice and options, of that I'm sure.
    You mentioned that you have already contacted them, correct? When was that? I'm asking because the usual response timeframe may vary between 24 to 48h in some cases, depending on the workload and available agents, but if you raised a case for them, they will get back to you as soon as possible. Now, if you can share the ticket number here, I might be able to ask for an update for you.
