Had Bitdefender Total Security (Trial) installed. It was more than I needed and decided to uninstall it and purchase Bitdefender Internet Security. Paid for 1 year and my credit card was charged via Pay Pal. Got email receipt . But nothing else. The email receipt was from from "Avangate" ? and had an invoice #. Went to Avengate and they have no record of their own invoice. My account at BitDefender (from my un-installed Total Security) is still valid and it also has no record of my purchase. I'm out $ and have no product and all attempts get answers from Avangate or Bitdefender are useless. Just checked my Pay Pal account and the credit card used and Avanquest payment has been processed. I'm not happy.
