This name appears right after establishing the bitdefender vpn in firewall ,what is this and why it is not displayed in notifications?

    Wintun is a network driver that Bitdefender VPN uses in Windows, it's a driver that brings a performance increase of approx. 15% and allowed the VPN developers to have a more robust implementation for some features such as split-tunneling.
