I purchased the both the Bitdefender antivirus software as well as the VPN Premium during the Black Friday sale today. Installed fine, but won't activate the premium VPN. Just runs standard. I activated the subscription through the purchase email that I received. Still just runs the standard VPN. Purchase receipt states the VPN Premium was purchased. Been trying to reach support, but keep getting directed to FAQS! Is there actual help out there? Or did I just waste my money?
