Can't move devices from expired subscription

Hi! My old subscription expired and after buying a new one, I noticed that 2 out of 4 of my devices are still on the old expired subscription, but there is no management button for me to be able to move them to the new one. (See image below)

On my new subscription I have the option to manage the devices but only the 2 that have already moved.

I don't have the possibility to work on the 2 unprotected devices directly.

How can I reallocate them in these conditions?

Thank you

    Hello.
ONLY Bitdefender staff can have access to your Bitdefender Central account, your devices, your payments/purchases and/or your subscription(s).
So, you should contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by chat, telephone or e-mail:

Chat is the fastest way to get in touch with Bitdefender Consumer Support.
Select: Purchase & Manage Subscription -> My Bitdefender Central Account, click on Contact Support in the black box and then click on Chat 24/7.
NOTE: Bitdefender telephone support is not toll-free!
Also, @Alexandru_BD (who works for Bitdefender) can take a look here and help you with the issue. You can PM him.
    Regards.

    Hello,

Try to delete the unprotected devices from the 'My Devices' section in Central, then uninstall Bitdefender and reinstall it on those devices using the install link from your account.
