Unable to log back into stand alone Bitdefender Internet Security web app, Windows 11
I can log into the Bitdefender Internet Security webpage via Chrome browser with Windows 11. But for some reason I got logged out of the Bitdefender Internet Security stand alone app and it won't let me log back in.
I can get to the point of Two-factor authentication, and when I put the code that was emailed me, then the Bitdefender app goes back to the log in point, and refuses to log me back in.
Strange that I can log into the Bitdefender webpage, but cannot log into the Bitdefender app?

Based on your description of the situation encountered, I would recommend contacting the Technical Support Teams, as more information might be required to troubleshoot this. You can get in touch with the Bitdefender engineers by choosing one of the contact channels listed here:
State your contact reason / choose request category, then choose from the available contact channels, chat, phone and email/ticket. Chat would be the fastest way to reach them.
