New Subscription
I have 9 days left on my Internet Security subscription. I decided I want to change my plan to the family pack before the 9 days being up. In my bitdefender central it shows both the internet security and the family pack subscriptions, but I can’t install the family pack on my pc? Do I have to uninstall the internet security first? Or wait until the 9 days are up and try to install it then?

Hello.
The Bitdefender Family Pack subscription includes these programs:
- Bitdefender Total Security for Windows
- Bitdefender Antivirus for macOS and
- Bitdefender Mobile Security for Android and iOS
There is no standalone program called Bitdefender Family Pack.
So, you need to reallocate ALL your devices to the new Bitdefender Family Pack subscription, by following these steps:
At the end, don't forget to stop the auto-renewal for the old Bitdefender Internet Security subscription, by following these steps:
Just follow the steps as described in Method 1, because some users in the past reported that the steps from Method 2 didn't stop the auto-renewal.
From my personal experience, Method 1 did and still does the job for stopping the auto-renewal.

In short, there's no need to reinstall the product in this scenario, even if you upgraded to a superior package, because Bitdefender is already installed on the devices that are still protected by Internet Security in this case.
So, when you move the devices from this license to the Family plan, Bitdefender will update accordingly on those devices, since it draws its validity and product configuration from the active license/subscription in Central. It's just that Bitdefender needs to be linked with Central and the devices must be assigned to that license.Regards,
