OneDrive can no longer connect
Hi, for sometime now when I open Microsoft OneDrive app on my laptop if fails to connect to my Microsoft account. If I disable the Bitdefender advanced threat defence OneDrive works fine. As soon as I re-enable this,

I have added the Onedrive.exe to the exception list but I still can not access the one drive app.
Please advise what else I can try

Since adding the exception did not fix the problem, I would recommend contacting the Technical Support Teams, as more information might be required to troubleshoot this. You can get in touch with the Bitdefender engineers by choosing one of the contact channels listed here:
State your contact reason / choose request category, then choose from the available contact channels, chat, phone and email/ticket. Chat would be the fastest way to reach them.
