In reports under apps scanned it says 0 and web protection 0

I've seen this before and I have an idea of what could be causing the missing data in the report. But you will have to contact Support for troubleshooting. Here's the link you can use to get in touch with them:
State your contact reason / choose request category, then choose from the available contact channels, chat, phone and email/ticket. Chat would be the fastest way to reach them.
