vpn is not very stable...

Hello,
Can you elaborate what "not very stable" actually means? Does it disconnect, does it get stuck in reconnecting, are there any network speed fluctuations? If you are using the Premium VPN version, there are no traffic limits, however, if you are encountering connection issues, there's a list of things to check and specific details that support teams need to know so they can help you, in case we are unable to do so on the forum. To troubleshoot ANY VPN issues, it's mandatory for Support to obtain the following information from you:
- The OS and version on which the vpn is running.
- The affected account.
- Whether the problem occurs on a specific location
or all locations? - IP(s) of the affected server(s)
- For split tunneling issues they would need to know the applications/sites affected.
- Whether the problem occurs only on mobile data/Ethernet or only on wifi or present on both. Preferably try multiple networks.
- App version.
Otherwise, "not very stable" or "not working" is very generic and it's difficult for us to pronounce ourselves based solely on this information.. Kindly be advised that posts which do not follow the basic common sense rule of providing the minimum information/details required, will be removed.
Thank you for your understanding.

I deleted the configuration of another VPN. I don't know if it's because of a conflict. It seems that it takes a long time to connect on both iPhone and Android, and sometimes it will be disconnected... I set DNS to manual. iPhone is 1.1.1.1 and its ipv6. Android is 8.8.8.8 and its ipv6... Whether it's WiFi or mobile network, there seems to be similar problems. I deleted the other VPN and only left bitdefender vpn. I hope its connection can be more stable and can really prevent fraud and protect privacy.
Thank you and best regards

It seems that only certain locations can connect. Of course, I Don't like to locate my address in Cambodia, but this happens frequently with another VPN. It’s weird that it’s not the VPN itself, but something else. There are strange interferences…😂…I was thinking that Santa Claus would never leave his stinky socks to me and go back to the North Pole to sleep alone😂🤝
best regards

Yes, Android doesn’t allow more than one VPN to be active. The same applies for iOS. If the smartphone or tablet is already connected to another VPN app, then a second simultaneous connection from Bitdefender VPN will not be possible. For Android, you can try the troubleshooting steps from this article:
If any errors are displayed, then you can consult this article for all supported operating systems:
I hope this helps.
