When i go into bitdefender then my account. i can be doing a transaction then it shuts down on me.

i start over again go into my account then look at a account, then it shuts down on me again. what is going on with my Bitdefender account doing this to me. it is surpose to be the best and its shutting me out all the time now. why my bank account

can you please help with my situation, or i will have to cancel my subscription with Bitdefender

When saying "Bitdefender" then "my account", to which account are you referring to and what exactly is the connection between these and the bank account? Are you using SafePay, the secure browser by any chance? Kindly provide us with more detailed information so we can try to help you out here.
