VPN protocals

On several windows computers unable to connect to BD VPN Premium through Wireguard or Openvpn protocols.

This was working in summer.

Have tried uninstalling and installing through various downloads but no success.

Automatic protocol works.

Please advise so can decide whether to buy year sub.

Yeah, as of this morning I lost my VPN connection and now can't connect to any servers using any of the protocols… not even Automatic, fails with a timeout message on windows PC and Android and sometimes error 99 on Android. Reinstalling did nothing.

Update: Interesting! After playing around with this, attempting to connect to any single VPN server fails with a timeout error but if I select a double-hop, it connects immediately…

They can help you troubleshoot and collect logs to see what causes this issue.

I did report it and got a very generic and unhelpful response. Anyway, the problem resolved itself the next morning without changing anything on my end.

Never mind. Can't troubleshoot and collect logs on 9 computers.

BD should not advertise Wireguard and Openvpn if they can not get it to work.

Heck they even went backwards on sw version.

Decided not to renew BD and going with a competitor solution. Bonus that price better as well.
