Hi and Happy new year, I've used Bitdefender for about 2 years and its coming up for renew, I purchase an activation code for another year only to be sent to a renewal plan asking me to ad my backing info. for 84.99 I not want to do so, and had no help from Bitdefender seller? and was told it was a seller from Bitdefender website from amazon. if I new I had to put my bank information to use. there would be no way I would have payed 17.99 for another year. and Bitdefender help just keeps telling me to add my bank information. thank you
