Unmatching security certificate to contents3.00110.citi.com
I get hundreds of critical warnings daily about "chrome.exe attempted to establish a connection relying on an unmatching security certificate to contents3.00110.citi.com. We blocked the connection to keep your data safe …"
I read a similar post and the "best answer" was to determine if the site is legit and if so add to exceptions. But how do I determine what site it is referring? Is it referring to citi.com?
If so, I would have thought a common site such as one of the largest banks in the country, Citibank, would have automatically been accepted just as any other reputable website.
Thanks…

I completely agree with the issue raised above. I often get this critical warning after logging into the Citibank site.
It's hard to believe Citibank cannot manage their certificates. Either Citibank is inept, or somethiing malicious is going on.
Can you help identify which is true?

Hello.
Only the anti-malware researchers at Bitdefender Labs can help you with the issue.
You should report the URL as false positive to Bitdefender Labs here:

You could also share the VirusTotal link of the scanned URL to the anti-malware researchers: https://www.virustotal.com/gui/url/4f0fc04c1a3e6c3e15196b815e5f55018b679b5f7296f18b48b17b974ef23a62

Thank you for the suggestion. I have reported this to Bitdefender Labs and after a week, nothing has been fixed.
