How to configure the update server for Gravity Zone
We have an on-prem Gravity zone server in an offline network and we used to download the offline update archives from an update server provided by another office of ours.
Due to some budget cuts, we lost that office and now we have to make our own update server. I've installed the DB and Update server rolls, set the network configs, allowed the server to connect to the internet in the firewall, got the mirror installed and can generate the Lite archive. However, the full archive fails to generate. Sends me to the logs but i can't figure what specific logs should i look for.
The server is brand new, latest .ova used, absolutely nothing done on it. It never asked for a license key.What have i missed ?

The Full archive needs more time in order to download the console, so first please make sure to wait sufficient time. If you waited enough time for the download the full archive but still fails, please "Generate Support Bundle" which will tell you what is the issue.
In the top right corner of the Appliance Status window you can click the "Generate Support Bundle" button to generate logs that we can investigate. There is a screenshot in this article:
After you have the logs please open a support case with us so we can investigate.
