    Hello.

The first step would be to Repair Bitdefender, by following the instructions in this article:

  • Hello @Carlos Teixeira and welcome to the Community!

I think more information is required here. By not opening you mean that it doesn't launch as expected? Since when are you experiencing this behavior, have you installed anything lately, or made any changes to your system? Did it work before? I would recommend the standard repair procedure first, then if the issue persists, kindly elaborate the circumstances when this happens, because there can be multiple possible causes here, and I will list a few here.

First, it's important to know if other security solutions are installed alongside Bitdefender that can interfere with Safepay functionality. Secondly, the Safepay browser or Bitdefender installation may be corrupted, leading to erratic behavior, case in which the repair procedure may help as well. Furthermore, outdated or incompatible drivers may prevent the Safepay browser from launching properly. Also, browser extensions installed on your system may interfere, especially those related to security, VPNs, or ad blockers. Moreover, overly strict group policy settings or registry modifications could block the Safepay browser from launching. Limited permissions or issues with User Account Control (UAC) settings could also cause problems. So, as you can see, there are a few things to check, but I would start with the repair procedure described in this article, to eliminate any potential glitch:

Going forward, if the repair procedure doesn't make a difference, here's what you can do:

Ensure that no other antivirus or security software is installed; ensure you have the latest Bitdefender version; check for updates to your graphics drivers; disable browser extensions or try launching Safepay with no other browsers open; ensure a VPN is not interfering with the connection; and verify that no Group Policy restrictions or firewall rules are blocking Safepay.

If the issue persists, contact Bitdefender Support with detailed logs (full procedure here) and a description of the problem. Here's the link you can use to get in touch with the Support representatives, after creating the debug log:

State your contact reason / choose request category, then choose from the available contact channels, chat, phone and email/ticket. Chat would be the fastest way to reach them.

I hope the information is helpful.

    Regards,
