Trojan.MSILZilla and VSTO Community ?

Trojan.MSILZilla detected when Visual Studio Community builds project test.

Error in VSTO : Unable to copy file "obj\Debug\net8.0-windows7.0\myAppTests.dll" to "bin\Debug\net8.0-windows7.0\myAppTests.dll". Access to the path 'bin\Debug\net8.0-windows7.0\myAppTests.dll' is denied.

Is it a false alert ? How to avoid it ?
