Renewal notices going to my old email
Back around August 2024, I changed my email. Went through the process and verified it. All email started coming to the new email address. In the last week, I received renewal notices on my old email address. Logged into Bit Defender Central to verify. Yes, it was due to expire in a few days. So I renewed it. I then get a renewal confirmation email on my old email address. So for some reason, notices related to renewal and transactions are still going to my old email while everything else is going to my new email. Any suspicions as to why this is happening?

Yes, in the event the subscription renewal communication comes from 2Checkout/Verifone (the authorized vendor of products and services sold on the official Bitdefender website), the email address must be updated in their records as well. This can be changed only by contacting 2Checkout or Bitdefender support:
Once this is done, any transaction communication related to your subscription should be sent to the new email address (these are 2 separate platforms where the information must be updated).
