How to tell one computer from another on subscription list

I've gotten a new Windows 11 computer since last year and it's showing two desktop computers on my subscription. I don't have the old one anymore but I don't know how to tell which one should be deleted from coverage. How does one tell which computer is which so the adjustment can be made? I hate that you can't just call and ask for help. Thank you.
