Hello,

I have noticed for some time that even though I have uninstalled the VPN module in my Bitdefender client, Bitdefender VPN is automatically reinstalled after every computer restart. I do not use VPN and do not want to have this module installed on my computer. I use an HP Omen computer running Windows 11 Pro

Hello,

I would recommend uninstalling, then maybe use CCleaner. Over time, your registry can become cluttered with errors and broken settings which may lead to crashes or unexpected app behavior. In this case, I suspect that either the uninstall process is not fully completed, or something lurks in the registry and this is how the VPN app is automatically reinstalled after each restart. So, after trying the uninstall process one more time and using CCleaner, restart your device and check again if the VPN still reinstalls automatically. Normally, it should no longer reinstall like that.
