Subscription renewal payment not being accepted

I am being offered to renew my Bitdefender Mobile Security subscription which had expired and shows that not all my devices are indicated to be included.

When you say all of your devices, do you mean for PC's, Mac's etc as listed below, or multiple phones? As a Mobile Security subscription will only cover 1 mobile device, with individual subscriptions for Android or iOS.
You would need a Total subscription to cover multiple devices.
If you wanted to change your subscription to Total Security, you should contact Support by ticking the Account, Billing & Subscription option and go through the prompts until you get to the Contact Support button. From there, the Chat option can be the quickest way to help you as far as any changes needed or wanted.

I only used Bitdefender Mobile Internet Security on all two android phones and an iPad. The expiry has come into effect and when I tried to pay for the discounted renewal with my mobile wallet, it henerates an error that says I should indicate my actual location which is nowbin the US whereas I'd previously lived in the Philippines with a peso account which I was paying for. I'd already added my new US addres but still the reminder keeps generating an error when I try to renew my subscription using my peso mobile wallet.

I agree, this is something that needs to be investigated by Support. My best guess would be that there's a mismatch for the billing address, since you've changed locations, it could be one of the reasons.
But they will be able to perform further checks and advise accordingly. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about this on the forum, for this scenario..Premium Security & Bitdefender Endpoint Security Tools user
