NVME drive cannot use normally

Hi, I'm have been using bitdefender few years and it is very good product. However, I using some Thunderbolt drive recently for my video editing and not work well with it.

One of my TB4/USB4 compatible drive and a card reader cannot reconnect after remove, need to reboot the system to solve it. But when I using USB mode it works find. Found out bitdefender hold the nvme driver, when I uninstall the program that works again. Then I install it again the problem still here. Windows shows code 38

And while connecting those nvme drive, bitdefender seems like keep checking it make drive very hot although not using the drive and card reader.

May I know any fix of it or sadly I need to change other software to solve it?
