I paid a year's subscription and was entitled to protection for three devices.
I paid BidDefender for
Bitdefender Antivirus Plus subscription for 12 MONTHS. and have yet to receive an activation code. Also, three devices of mine were supposed to be protected under this subscription, and now my mobile is giving me notice that my BitDefender protection has expired - and it's not been half-a-month!!!!!

ONLY Bitdefender staff can have access to your Bitdefender Central account, your devices, your payments/purchases and/or your subscription(s).
So, you should contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by chat, telephone or e-mail:

I think it's possible that your Antivirus Plus subscription was recently renewed, but you didn't get the latest version which is multiplatform now. As such, mobile protection will not be included in this scenario.
When a subscription is renewed, an activation code is no longer sent to you, since the protection is extended automatically on all devices where Bitdefender was previously installed. Check your Central account, under 'My subscriptions' tab and see if the expiration date has been adjusted and if the subscription is indeed active.As for mobile protection, in the event you have the previous Antivirus Plus variant, this could protect Windows devices only, therefore the solution in my opinion would be either to upgrade to a multiplatform package, and there are plenty to choose from nowadays, or purchase an additional Mobile Security subscription.
