Hey everyone,

I have an issue regarding parental control. I set allowed time on 3 devices win 10 and 11 but after time is passed access wasn't denied. Whats worse manual block doesn't help neither.

Any hints appreciated.

    Hello,

If the issue persists, check if the limit is configured properly. This article contains the full instructions:

Then, make sure that Secure DNS is not enabled in the browser. Depending on the browser you are using, apply the relevant steps:

For Chrome: Settings -> Privacy and Security -> Security -> Use Secure DNS and toggle it off.
For Edge: Settings -> Privacy, search and services -> scroll down to Security, and find Use Secure DNS and toggle it off.
For Firefox: Settings -> Privacy and Security -> scroll down all the way to the bottom to DNS over HTTPS -> Disable DNS over HTTPS.

If this doesn't make a difference, do the following:

    1. Uninstall Parental Control from Control Panel
    2. Delete the Parental Profile from Central (Click the 3 vertical dots on the profile, choose Remove and click Yes)
    3. Restart the computer and create a new profile.
    4. Assign it to your kid's device then select his/her Windows account from the same window. If you want the restrictions to apply to all the Windows accounts from that computer, select All accounts then click Save.

Let us know how it goes.

    Regards,
