Login issues

Hello, when I click on the Bitdefender icon in my Mac menu bar, it says 'no user registered.' When I click on 'open Antivirus interface' I get a Bitdefender login window. After I try to log in, it says it can't log in right now, refresh or try later. Then when I try to log in to the Bitdefender support site through my browser, it gives me an Error 500 message.

    Have you retried since? From the symptoms you’ve described, an 500 error indicates an internal server error at the website itself, which may suggest that it was experiencing either downtime or a temporary maintenance event.
    For me, both Bitdefender Central and the app itself are working as usual.

    First, try to clear cache/cookies; try another browser and also try another device to see if the login issue or the error message can be reproduced.     Also make sure your Mac’s internet connection is strong and not blocked by any firewall or VPN. But again, Error 500 is almost always server-side. If the issue persists beyond that, it may indicate a more significant back-end problem, but in any case, it’s almost certainly not something you can fix on your Mac alone.
