Latest VPN Update

Until last VPN update and in Portugal, I could access my bank app and Official sites (related with tax authorities) if VPN was connected. This was applicable on both computer and mobile phone devices. Since I updated with most recent VPN version, I can only access those sites if VPN is disconnected. This applies on both computer and mobile phone. If it was working perfectly fine, what happened with the new update that I can't use it on vital sites?

    Same problem here on 2 different PC's.

    Getting PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR, even on the BBC website.

    Try to switch between protocols, change servers and test with adblocker disabled as well.
    There were indeed some connectivity issues at some point but these were fixed last week, as far as I know. An update is still rolling out, so it may take a little bit longer for the latest version to reach everyone. If the steps above don't make a difference, then it will be necessary to contact Bitdefender Support, so they can investigate on a case-by case-basis, test and reproduce the connectivity issues reported, find the root cause and attempt to unblock the respective websites.     State your contact reason / choose request category, then choose from the available contact channels, chat, phone and email/ticket. Chat would be the fastest way to reach them.
