I forgot my App Pin

I wrote do an my App Pin but its not working. When I click FORGOT PIN it goes back to the Dashboard. I am so upset as others have had this same issue so why hasn't Support fixed it. Thank God that I have a second phone. Suggestion's

I already tried that and RENAME was not available but I found it thanks.
