In the event you just purchased Antivirus Plus and changed your mind and wish to upgrade to Total Security, i think the best option is to request a refund for Antivirus Plus and place a new order for Total Security.
You may obtain a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or of the automatic renewal date.
