I've changed the cellphone and lost generation of the code.

I used microsoft authentificator.

I know the account and password but lost the connection to the gravityzone.

Any advice to disable 2-Factor Authentication to active in the new device?

Hello @Suporte GN ,

Please open a case with Enterprise Support and they will be able to reset you 2FA after you provide some proof of the account ownership.

It is recommender to open a case by providing the same email address that you used to login and the proof of purchase.
