Hi,
The upgrade to Premium recommendation usually shows up when the VPN daily traffic quota of 200mb/device was reached, but if this is not the case and you didn't exceed the traffic limit, then there could be another issue there..
Unfortunately, there is insufficient information for us to be able to pronounce ourselves here, so I think it might be best to ask the Support teams to have a look and advise on the status of your account. They will be able to tell you if the daily available traffic was consumed, or if the upgrade notification was triggered in error. Here's the link you can use to get in touch with them:State your contact reason / choose request category, then choose from the available contact channels, chat, phone and email/ticket. Chat would be the fastest way to reach them.
