Early payment taken...
I knew my subscription was due in a few weeks time and wanted to deactivate it but they took the full (not discounted for loyalty…) amount TWO WEEKS early! I don't have to pay two weeks early for my groceries, why the hell does this organisation think it can treat it's loyal customers this way? There used to be a time when businesses had morals and principles but that seems to have gone out of the window for so many companies as they chase the bottom line..
On another note, why do they make it so difficult to access the subscription information? If they were so assured of the quality of the product and it's value why hide it away so some non tech people like me find it hard to locate? Are they embarrassed by their own money grabbing tactics - if not they should be!!
Yes, I have removed my auto renewal for future payments!

I think the Support teams should be able to clarify what happened there. Based on my findings, your initial Bitdefender order was automatically renewed (since this option was left enabled) and the protection extended until February 2026.
As for the subscription information, you can easily check this in your Central account, under the 'My Subscriptions' tab. All you have to do is open your browser, go to https://central.bitdefender.com/ and sign in.
